Scope of Work
- High-volume airless spray painting of large steel constructions.
- Ships and shipbuilding structures.
- Offshore and industrial platforms.
- Large steel constructions.
- Tanks, sections and other metal structures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in industrial airless spray painting.
- Experience painting large steel constructions.
- Ability to operate professional airless spray equipment.
- Communicative English.
- Good physical condition.
Responsibilities
- High-volume airless spray painting of large steel surfaces.
- Preparation and mixing of painting materials.
- Cleaning and maintenance of airless spray equipment.
- Compliance with technical and safety requirements.
Selection Process
- 1Submit a short work video demonstrating high-volume airless spray painting on large steel surfaces.
- 2Complete a video interview.
Industrial Sandblaster
Shipbuilding | Offshore Platforms | Steel Construction Projects
Age: Open to candidates with relevant professional experience
Scope of Work
- Ships and shipbuilding structures.
- Offshore and industrial platforms.
- Large steel constructions.
- Tanks, sections and other metal structures.
Requirements
- Proven experience blasting large steel constructions.
- Communicative English.
- Good physical condition.
Responsibilities
- Industrial abrasive blasting of large steel surfaces.
- Surface preparation before painting and coating.
- Removal of rust, old coatings, scale and contaminants.
- Operation and maintenance of professional blasting equipment.
- Inspection of prepared surfaces.
- Compliance with technical and safety requirements.
Selection Process
- 1Submit a short work video demonstrating relevant industrial blasting / surface-preparation experience.
- 2Complete a video interview.
Salary & Employment Conditions
Salary
- €800 net per month during the first 2 months in Bulgaria.
- €2,000 net per month after successful validation for European projects.
- Potential relocation to Belgium, the Netherlands, France and other European projects.

Employer begins preparation of employment and work-permit documentation.
Arrange Visa Submission
Once documents are issued, the candidate independently arranges submission through the appropriate Bulgarian Embassy / Consulate or authorised visa application centre within the required timeframe.
Visa Application
Candidate submits the visa application and waits for the immigration / visa decision.
Travel & Start
After visa approval, the candidate travels to Bulgaria and starts employment.
Validation Period
Candidate works in Bulgaria for the initial validation period.
European Relocation
Following successful validation, the candidate may be considered for relocation to other European projects, subject to employer requirements and availability.
